"I wish I could give ZERO stars! I have been a State Farm customer for over 26 years and have never experienced service like this. I was given inaccurate information regarding a life insurance policy, and based on that information, I made the decision to cancel. After realizing the information was incorrect, I was extremely disappointed. Once I canceled the policy, the level of customer service from JORDAN ESCOBAR declined significantly. I brought my concerns directly to him, but he never responded to my email dated 2/25/26. A meeting was scheduled for Friday to discuss and resolve the issue, but he never followed through. What is most frustrating is seeing public responses stating that he wants to resolve the issue, while my emails and attempts to communicate have gone unanswered. That inconsistency speaks volumes. After more than two decades as a loyal State Farm customer, I expected much better."

"BEWARE—I had a disappointing experience with Jordan Escobar as my State Farm agent. I carried a life insurance policy for my son and decided to cancel it. During that process, I was given information about the amount I would receive back, but the actual refund was significantly less than what was communicated to me. What was most concerning was the change in professionalism after I was no longer a customer. Communication became dismissive and unhelpful, and my follow-up questions were not handled respectfully. I believe clear, accurate information and consistent professionalism are important, especially when dealing with financial and insurance matters. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here."
